Why do I not always land on the Books24x7® home page after logging in?
The Books24x7® site uses cookies to maintain sessions; the cookies expire when you log out or after 30 minutes of inactivity.

  • If you return when you have an active session, you rejoin that session and are positioned where you were last.

  • If you return without a session (i.e., past the 30-minute timeout period) and didn't explicitly log out last time, you start a new session and are positioned where you were last.

It is good practice to always end your session by logging out from the Books24x7® site.

Why do I keep getting re-directed to the ACM login page when I try to navigate the Books24x7® site?
