Innovation Colonies with Dominic Holt
In the technological frenzy of new products and companies being created at a breakneck pace, anyone capable of creating something (the makers of the world) must ask themselves whether to work for a company or strike it out on their own. The current environment is safe for no company, least of all the largest of them. Is there an answer for employees to be owners and manifest their own destiny with the support of a larger entity? This talk will cover one individual's journey in trying to build an innovation colony at a Fortune 500 company and the many barriers faced bringing that vision into existence.
